My blog is simple, I am a Southern girl raised in Alabama and enjoy really good down home Southern cusine. I like simple foods prepared in a simple but elegant manner. I am an advocate of the green movement and sustainability. I never stop learning about new foods and how to use them. My favorite thing to make is biscuits and I consider myself a biscuit expert.
